Everything on chrisarvan.com — the writing, the images, the audio, the video, the design system, the code that ships it — is the original work of Chris Arvan, copyright 2026, all rights reserved. Visiting the site doesn't transfer any of those rights to you.

02What you can do

Look. Listen. Share a link. Quote a sentence with attribution. Take a screenshot for personal reference. Tell a friend.

03What you can't do

Reproduce, mirror, frame, re-host, repackage, or republish the site or any of its pieces — in whole or in part — without written permission. That includes the obvious cases (downloading a piece and posting it as yours) and the less obvious ones (cloning the design, embedding a gallery in an iframe, mirroring the codebase as a template).

Commercial use of any image, audio, or video file requires a license. Editorial use (press, articles, interviews) usually fine with attribution; ask first if you're not sure.

04AI training

Not consented. Don't ingest this site or any file served from it into machine-learning training corpora, fine-tuning sets, or retrieval-augmented generation indexes without explicit written permission. The site's HTML carries noai and noimageai directives; honor them.

05Scraping

Automated bulk-downloading of images, video, or pages is prohibited. Light, well-behaved indexing for search and accessibility purposes is fine.

06Reporting infringement

If you find this site or its work being used somewhere without permission — or if you're a host who's received a DMCA notice referencing chrisarvan.com — email ca@chrisarvan.com with the URL and a brief description. Responses usually inside three business days.
